Co-Founder
Ricardo Rondino is the founding partner of RM_Law and brings over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, having worked at leading national and international law firms as well as multinational companies. He is a specialist in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Infrastructure & Projects, and is highly regarded for his work in regulated sectors—including energy, financial services, and pharmaceuticals.
Ricardo also has extensive experience in agribusiness, particularly in the sugar and ethanol industries and commodity trading.
Recognized for his strategic approach and ability to lead complex negotiations, Ricardo is a trusted advisor for clients seeking innovative legal solutions in challenging regulatory environments. His practice is characterized by the integration of multiple areas of business law, offering comprehensive counsel on corporate transactions, strategic contracts and legal operations.
Ricardo holds a law degree from PUC-SP, an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Columbia University School of Law, and a specialization in High Performance Leadership from IMD Business School. His international education and multidisciplinary background make him a reliable partner for both domestic and international companies operating in Brazil.

Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP), throughout his education, he has gained experience in various legal fields, having worked at the 24th Civil Court of the São Paulo Court of Justice, as Director at the XI de Agosto Legal Department, and at a boutique law firm specializing in business litigation.

Co-Founder
André seasoned legal professional with 20+ years of experience in corporate, compliance, and sports law.
LL.B. from PUC-SP, MBA in sociology, management, and law of sports from top universities in UK, Italy, and Switzerland.
Worked with local and international law firms, sports organizations, Brazilian corporations, and public sector.
Assisted clients in doing business in Brazil, supervised Brazilian capital markets, and structured major sports events such as FIFA World Cup and Conmebol America Cup.
Experience includes serving as legal adviser for Brazilian Stock Exchange, attorney for Planning Secretariat of São Paulo State Government, and Governance and Compliance Director of Brazilian Football Confederation.
Currently serves as member of FIFA Football Tribunal and President of Sports Law in one of the Commissions of the Brazilian Bar Association / SP Section.

Helena_Nascimento
Associate Lawyer
Helena is a legal intern at RM Advogados, providing support in matters related to Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Compliance. She is a Law student at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has prior experience in Corporate Law gained in the legal department of a large company.
At the firm, she drafts corporate documents such as corporate amendments, minutes, and assists with corporate transactions. In the Compliance area, she contributes to the development of guidelines, integrity policies, and the monitoring of applicable legislation. She is also involved in drafting various contracts, conducting legal research, and preparing memorandums and legal opinions.
Wilson_Guilherme

Wilson is a highly experienced lawyer expert in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Business Contracts, and Strategic Corporate Litigation.
He holds post-graduate degrees in Real Estate Law and Business Law and has started his career in legal departments of large national and multinational companies. For over 10 years, Wilson has worked in-house on franchising and agribusiness projects and recently excelled in an M&A law firm.
In addition to strengthening the areas of Corporate Law, M&A and Strategic Contracts in the firm, he is a valuable member of the cross-functional and multidisciplinary agribusiness team, being responsible for helping clients in São Paulo’s inland cities and in Paraná, Mato Grosso do Sul, Mato Grosso and Goiás. His expertise allows him to handle specific legal issues in this sector.
His multidisciplinary background enables him to work on different themes, subjects, and projects, adding a technical, comprehensive and strategic perspective to the operations he undertakes.

Associate Lawyer
Ygor is an associate lawyer at RM_Law, practicing in advisory and litigation matters, speciallly related to contracts in general, corporate reorganizations, strategic corporate litigation, financial operations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Graduated in Law in 2020, he began his career at a firm specializing in civil litigation and recently gained experience at a boutique M&A firm, where he played a prominent role in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Ygor conducted due diligence processes for both national and international clients, and drafted specific corporate documents.
